Refund policy

Refunds
There will be NO Refunds unless there is a quality issue that is above the normal, for a handmade item. Please understand, these are handmade, sometimes they aren’t perfect. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can find a resolution. Please note, you have 7 days to fill out a contact form or email (goldenandcheckeredco@aol.com)from the day of delivery if there is any issue, if it after the 7 day mark nothing will be granted. 
Cancellations
Please note once you place an order, I am unable to cancel. So please double check before placing an order.
